I know, but since it is mainly to get down light off road and then set up to stay there I'm not super worried about the weight.

Realistically I should be able to drop a ton of weight by converting the axle, springs, and landing gear

 

Why not just buy a used pop-up and tweak the suspension for some larger tires?
