Just don't forget to use the factory red loctite when putting the clutch back on...

I think the last one had lock tight and was tightened up by a gorilla.

Buttoning it up now and then off to the joy of bleeding the cooling system. Oh and watching for leaks.

Seems to have bleed on the first try but I'm sure that I am wrong. Letting it sit for a few hours and will check it again.

It's probably fine. Both of the D2 I've owned never had any issues bleeding the coolant. It makes me wonder if the vehicles that have trouble maybe have partially stopped up coolant passages somewhere.

Agree of my 2 previous and current, the only time I had trouble was one with a partially plugged heater core. Once and done with the others

Same here. I think the problem that a lot of people have is that they don't bleed when the engine is stone cold, or elevate the reservoir to the highest point, etc. The only time I have ever had a problem was when I replaced a hose and didn't have time to let it cool completely. Next morning was the waterfall sound on the way to work. Bled it stone cold the morning after that before work.

meh still hate you guys it was stone cold but I'm guessing I didn't get the res high enough I have a slight waterfall sound.

Good news is watching the live data on temp everything is golden there on a 30 min mixed drive. So no freezing to death in the 110 tomorrow on the way to work.

After work it's off to the tire shop to get my Bridgestones installed.

Bridgestone's are one 265/65/18 just fit. Any bigger I think there would have been some serious rubbing. Look good on it though. I'll post pics tomorrow, dark and raining does not make for a good picture.
