We got all banged up at rausch, lots of rocks and worn down washed out trails, guys that had been there before said they were worse then last trip

We ended up on some black and mine got tore up some, just let's me know where to spend time and funds

Aoaa was real nice they are doing a good job/ work in progress only thing I did not like was sharing trails with atv's

But good time was had by all, you should have come we got NY guys that showed up

Yeah need to protect or upgrade the steering, upgrade rear arms, skid plate the gas tank, transfer case, and front diff.

I'd upgrade the rods themselves. Money better spent than on a steering skid that acts as a boat anchor and leaves you with tiny stock rods still. That's just my opinion though, lots of guys run them.

The Rock Armor fuel tank skids are probably the best bang for the buck. I have the Columbia Overland(not even sure they're in business anymore) and its pretty much the same as the Rock Armor.

Transfercase skid IDK. The only one I've seen made is from RockWare. A nice piece but I would venture to say 99% of the lifted and wheeled Rovers out there get by without one.

Local guy offered me an Rte tank skid for 160

Probly gonna upgrade the steering

I have seen the case skid in aluminum also incorperates skids for the rear radius frame mounts iirc
