Added a sheet of expanded aluminum 1/2" diamonds to keep stuff from falling onto roof

Got some 3/4" galvinized split ring pipe mounts to mount quick fists

OK here is some preliminary bumper work, 2" box 1/8" wall this is (1) 10' stick not including where we cut off the ends, we still plan to add ends that go back to protect the front lower fender, I also wat to plate the top and eventually we will build a brush guard from tubing

Reglued mesh on grill with 2 part fast set plastic weld epoxy from Lowes it is a paste dries amber in color will see how it holds up

I need to mount front license plate , choices are weld tabs to bumper or drill into skid, thoughts?

Hope it holds. I Learned a lesson about cure times of the epoxies. Let it setup.

installed a d2 rear power outlet in the pass D pillar below the speaker, power and ground right there

thanks, it is from a d2, there is plenty of room behind there for the depth of that socket, ground stud right there and gonna use the switched power for the trailer harness as i will not be installing a 6 or 7 way trailer plug, the wire i am tapping is purple just like the one on this socket, it is a lighted socket undecided if I want to make that work too

just traced it on the pannel and cut the hole smaller with a dremel, cut and bent a piece of sheetmetal as a strap across the back put a hole in it and reused the d2 mount screw with speed clip

it would have fit centered under the speaker but if I wire the rear work lite ont he roof rack I may put the switch next to this one
