Unfortunately my jack is a farm jack not hi lift so it sorta fits, holes in the rail are slightly off

How does the Hi-Lift mount? Behind the tire?

Any chance you've got end to end measurements on your finished rods? I'm FINALLY getting around to making mine.

Huge difference from stock, the weld in thread adapters and jamb nuts are custom from summit machine, custom thread for rover its an odd thread size

If anyone needs I have a spare stock unbent track bar and the front bar also unbent

As usual pic

did you use DII tierod ends or did you use RRC like TF does.
IIRC if you use RRC ends you get two right and two left handed ends.

I used d1, original d1 setup is 3 right 1 left? But I ordered the adapters for 2 left 2 right and just got the true I needed

I use the Moog tree off amazon they are cheap

The part numbers are back in this thread somewhere

Hey Tom, did you have any problems with the threads in the adapters after welding them in? Some guys are saying they will distort when welding and I'll need taps to chase the threads.
If I wanted to buy taps I would have just threaded some DOM directly, DOH!!

You don't. Just use the TRE to chase it if you encounter resistance threading it in.
