1979 Mercedes 450sl Euro? That will be a sweet project! I think I rode in one of those back in the day and liked it.

 

Maybe.....Hopefully......Technically, paper work wise it's a one owner, owner hasn't fired it for 4 years so I'll need to do the gas drain thing, simply parked it in driving condition. I don't have any decent photos yet as it's been in cramped storage and transporting it 'should' start next week. Unsure what I'll have when it's here, it's being gifted to me. I 'may' widebody it, unsure just yet.....dark blue with an ivory interior, 4.5 V8 and 4 speed auto.....should be fun, if it gives me issues I'll small block Chebby it.
