Yep... exhaust leaks here too. Once I get the rig on its new springs I'll be hunting these down next.

Exhaust manifold gaskets and the down pipe donut are the most common leak points. If you do the manifold gaskets get the 3 layer metal not the composite. The composites never seem to seal fully.

Good to know Army, thanks!
My leaks are the muffler and back with something rattling in the silencer.....looking at the Hooker Aero Chamber and probably some custom bending from there back......still looking around but the Hooker get's good long term reviews, low growl, nothing obnoxious....just better flow.

Ever done custom exhaust work up to the manifolds? I'm sure you have. Cut the manifold flanges off your existing, pinch top of new down pipes, weld on flanges and include O2 bungs, "H" em and let em flow into the Hooker. Somewhere near your existing down streams raise the bungs about 1/2" out off the pipe, up higher than top O2's. That gets em out of the direct exhaust stream and makes ECM think they're getting a different reading than the top O2's and ECM remains happy happy.......

LOL......Yes, I actually have reworked factory manifolds........and it was on another Britt as well, inserting American muscle.......reworked the SBC manifolds allowing exhaust to be bent up, versus unibody reconfiguration.....

Mind games with the ECM is what it's all about and honestly it's too bad nobody has cracked em yet. Aint many of us around anymore I guess, that and MegaSquirt IS the defacto for performance FI.

Trump is going off the deep end again......... I'm not far from it either....

That's why I switched my vote. I'm all for the up & coming!

Most of the threads I've read are old, on numerous subjects.......Looking for new info to crack codes if it's out there for the rehab or space travel.

I suppose many took advantage of cash for clunkers......faded away......

Hell, we're all supposed to be driving space ships by now according to the 1977 Popular Mechanic magazine.......yet another childhood lie.....

Also picked up the tube to replace my 'Caddy-let-ick' converters with, ihscouts suggests I have a bad one........
Ordered my Hooker Aero-Flow muffler, going single out now, after a closer look, duals would be tighter than tight......

Outside of that, she's behaving for now.........
