As the king of off topic posts I gotta say thanks for your you tube post on page55. We had a wedding at our place today and I used the tunes before and after the nuptials., my 12 year old daughter was impressed with how hip I am.....

Supported the motor/trans with one 4X4 laid across the cowl to radiator support with one ratchet strap, talk about lightweight. Now the scooter scoots like it's on rails.
The engine cradle holds the LBJ's, two engine mounts and the radiator/condenser. I happened to notice the trans was trying to peek at me from the front porch while I was taking a break from blowing leaves. Knelt down, said a couple of choice words and went to the bone yard to pick out my cradle. They had it off the donor in a day and half and it took me a half a day to skin off the surface rust, prime and two coats of semi-gloss black. $95 bucks, some skinned knuckles, lots of cussing and voila'.
Not to outdo Bill and his Ford 302 but I can stuff an LS from an Impala SS into this crate, it'd still be front wheel drive........ A little tough to turn and remain hooked up..... but what a sleeper it would make.
