I agree, nice work there Fishsticks....... bestest I've seen as a matter of fact. Did you fold under to make the lip or leave it cut?

 

No fold. I've done a few camel cuts and haven't folded any. Never saw the point. I just dabbed the cut edge with a color matched paint pen.

 

To stiffen the edge would be a good guess....... it'd be tedious work. Wondering if your tedious or not and I wonder no more. Markus O'reallious is a tedious guy...... and a bedazzler too.

Oh......I have the ability to fold as required on vehicle if need be, not a big deal.....own the tool, will travel if required!

No need to fold. Never had a problem with rigidity(thank goodness).
