It’s very photogenic lol it doesn’t look as nice in person but I’m super happy with it

the paint blew my mind we pulled the hood and it’s coming up amazing

Had to get the top pin cup out of the swivel ball Mac ball joint press can do it all

See you unbolted the hood. Further reference, it slides straight out of bulkhead brackets when it's straight up against windsheild. Says the guy that has had his off more times than he'd like to mention...or remember. I've considered...just leaving it off at times...lol.

You inspired me to clean and paint my frame. Had to patch the frame by passenger side front shock mount...so l went hogwild and hit the frame with the black rustolem paint l bought five years ago. Like putting lipstick on a pig, in my case...but it does look better.

Swizel ball job is a nice piece of mind repair, especially, if you've off-roaded/water crossing a lot.

Hood came off super easy had some rust to clean up and some dynamat kit to install

swivwl ***** were absolute junk all pitted and leaking, so some good used swivel *****, bunch of new seals and bearings axles and diff. Should be ready for another 40 years

Had a fantastic score off of Facebook marketplace a Warn M8000 for $200. The exhaust would have been awesome but it just didn’t work out so full custom it is

A lot of stuff happening! Good stuff! Took the evening off, not that l can really afford to, but the bike needed its wheel spun...and my legs don't like taking a night off.

I was definitely out there working but not making enough progress at all at this point I know there is zero chance I will make the Colorado trip. So I am feeling a bit defeated but we are going to finish this thing up and enjoy it. Making sure we are well sorted for the next adventure



did the wash rinse and repeat for awhile on getting these set up
