Can not even imagine my life without a sharpy marker and zip-lock bags, save everyone that makes its way across my fingertips. It's really benficial when project become the world's longest slowest build ever, too☺...or in my case...when your memory doesn't stand the test of time😠.

You are really making some great headway, though. Very impressive effort!

 

We get the assortment of zip locks at Costco I’m always gifted the snack bags for shop use

tons of progress just not enough quick enough. We have added a few things to the build list since the deadline is already past and we are going to sort the back out properly

Hoping that we will be get the fluids all filled and the coolant system done so we can attempt to fire it up this weekend. I had to order a new drag link from Gwyn Lewis in England.






Once that arrives we should be good to install it and load it on a trailer for its trip to the exhaust shop and alignment.

I’m really happy that after all the work on the axles I no longer have to run spacers to use alloy wheels. Although the widened stance did look pretty tough lol


I had a few slow days in the shop this week. Awhile back my best friend of 14 years crossed the rainbow bridge, he came home from deployment with me and had been at my side ever since. I still miss him more than I thought I could.






I was scrolling through Facebook and in my feed this popped up






he was a owner surrendered pup in a kill shelter about 2 hours away. So I took a vacation day on Monday 3 days after I saw his add and made the road trip with my family.










So meet Stryker, my new shadow. He is a pretty awesome dog so far and I’m glad to welcome him to my family.

 

Stryker is a handsome fellow, good on you, for giving him a second chance on life. Sorry for your loss, too. Best of luck to you and your new buddy in the future!
