Worlds longest slowest 110 build thread
Going to start chasing that this weekend we have been doing 0400 work calls for range qualifications all week so I have not been doing much at the shop. Most of my energy has been shipping parts and getting some level of organization restored in the shop.
zero resistance however doesn’t seem to pump up either

Odd, that it doesn't give you some sort of resistance after pumping the pedal several times. I'd crack the fitting at master and see if you are getting any fluid movement there. If you see fluid under pressure when it's being pumped, then tighten and bleed down at slave. The principles of bleeding are the same as brakes.
Know you made a tranny/bell-housing change...hope there isn't some sort of difference there...with slave and length of rod. Do you have a scope? Could take a look at throwout bearing assembly through drain plug hole in bell-housing. See if it is moving at all, when pedal applied.
EDIT: a part of me says some folks have issues with the rod inside the pedal box sometimes and have to rework that, something about the length and the newer master or something? You've done to much for resorting to gas and a match.
SECOND EDIT: 11-20-24 Gas and matches are back on the table...lol

Spent the whole weekend in the interior of the 110 didn’t even look at the clutch.
The pushrod is a good question as I am definitely using the lt95 rod I’ll dig into that. New master and slave they definitely moved fluid whe. I did the initial bleed.
work on the front seats area really made progress this weekend

@The Deputy did some looking but it seems there is only one length for the v8 application

Carpet is in but need to do the bolt holes for the seat mounts. A hot punch does a perfect hole every time and melts the carpet so it doesn’t start falling apart around the hole later
