Hey Y'all, I haven't been in here in quite a while. Sold my disco in 2020 and have regretted it ever since. Im little older now have a lot more experience with automotive work now and have decided to get back into the game. This time around I've decided to go full bore and buy a defender (as im not a broke teenager anymore lol). I'm going to test drive a 87' Defender 90 tomorrow morning. Other than my normal inspection is there anything specific I should look for? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Rusted out frame, bulkhead, inner portion of doors (lower section especially), footwells and firewall. Mechanically, you're looking at a pretty basic machine...so major oil leaks or overly sloppy components, like drivetrain or steering, would be good places to check.
