Water pump,Thermostat,Radiator have all been changed.Teperature intermittedly rises to red.Temperature sender has been changed.Top hose is cold.Radiator temperature is 16degrees celsius.Earth wire fitted from engine to bulkhead.System is well bled.what could it be.I am going to try a genuine Thermostat.

Are you checking actual engine temps with IR gun? These gauges and sensors are so unreliable, that actual readings from engine compartment tell me more useful information. If it's actually getting hot, verified by IR gun, then, might be time for a new viscous fan...or upgrade to electric fans.
