Looking to put headrests in the backseat of our defender. Any ideas on purchasing or making these?

 

I'd buy the hi-back seats from Exmoor Trim they're not too expensive and it's a good excuse to re-foam/cover the front seats too. Their foam is closed cell so a whole lot better than the stock open-cell squishyness.
