Default Looking for Vendor to Swap engine

I have a ex-military Defender with a 2.5na engine and am looking to install a 200tdi or 300tdi engine, so as to get a bit more "umph" from the vehicle.* I'd also be happy to install an Izuzu or that 5 cyclinder Mercedes engine.

Does anyone know of a provider who provides a complete "kit" so a skilled mechanic can drop one of these choices in the engine bay?

Thanks.

* I've seemingly failed at my attempts to located anyone who provides a bolt-on supercharger or turbo for these engines. There was an outfit called "Rimmer" in Colorado that did superchargers, but seemingly has disappeared.

What kind of mileage do you see out of the 2.5NA Diesel

I've only had it a little while, but it's the high 20s or very low 30s, and that's using farm diesel which tends to be on the crappy side.

There were some 2.5 turbos from the factory, but everything I've read says to stay away from them, that they have lots of problems with cracked blocks or something. I'd think if you added the turbo to the NA, you might have the same problem.
