MJ now has 1,596 on the Radiator and we are still good as gold.
Temps outside are around 95deg and UP with NORMAL driving A/C on around town and short trips HIGH was 202 deg after idle at the bank.
I LOADED it down with almost 700# in the back PLUS our fueling rig which carries 75 gallons of off road diesel, 50 gallons of gas, battery and fueling pumps that are electric. The HIGH temp after idle was 210 deg on road was 188 to 194 depending on grade.
Will now park MJ and finish the cosmetics and such.
Hope this helps some with the thoughts of what to do.

Honestly, I see no problems with this radiator for the average person.
Driving around the world, all copper, driving to the GAP, this will do just fine.

 

Unless it's the Darien GAP.
