1995 Disco Noise?

Seems like TC could be ruled out from the video showing that gears stop when brakes applied (do both ebrake and regular). Could use a broom handle and from the side of the car while parked, wheels chocked, whine on, poke against tranny and your ear, will let you hear better what the case sounds like over other car noise. MOve stick around to localize the sound.

You stated you did not change the filter. Did you remove the pan to change the fluid, or did you just drain it through the drain plug? It sounds like the sump is not full and the pump may be sucking air. Are you sure the fluid is full? Add a pint and see if it changes.
If you had the pan off and took the filter out and cleaned it you likely lost one of the o rings, or it didn't go back in right. I would be more inclined to say it is cavitating (sucking air) from not being full.

Are you sure the fluid is full? It shows full on hte dip stick and I put in the amount w/o draining the tc
I will be changing the filter and fluid and will let you guys know how it turns out.
