Default 1998 discovery
What’s the best way to remove the rear view mirror? Also looking for a used replacement. Thanks , ben

Shop manual says "apply a sharp downward pressure at the base". Downward means parallel to the glass. Pull down hard and give it a smack.

also , look for a used Discovery II mirror to replace it with , has the compass in it
