Default 1998 V8 - Power Steering and Transmission Cooler Issues(I think)

Hey, guys. So I've finally got my beast moving around a little after several years of previous owner neglect.

I have a few significant issues I'm not overly familiar with though.

First issue, is that I have no power steering. I don't know if there's something wrong with the pump, but I'm actually thinking it may be related to what I think is the transmission fluid cooler line (Correct me if I'm wrong, just having trouble sorting through this stuff).

So the cylindrical cooler in the front end has no lines connected to it, which strikes me as odd. The line was there, but not routed properly or connected. I think it got ripped off when the previous owner drove through some woods by mistake when he hopped a ditch a few years ago before parking it.

So the line I have is about 5 feet long with a 3-way connection in the centre, so there's basically 3 separate pieces of hose with 3 open ends currently because it's sitting next to the vehicle on the ground now.

I did some research to try and find diagrams for the steering system and the transmission cooler to see if they're related, but to me it looks like they may not be, and the steering looks in tact, so I'm not sure why it isn't working. Maybe just needs fluid?

If anybody has any diagrams, that would be awesome. I'm just looking to reconnect everything that was removed.

This is the only one I can really find. https://www.roversnorth.com/files/Im...D-page29.1.jpg

Thanks!

Upon further inspection, it looks like they disconnected the stock cooler and replaced it with an aftermarket universal. I snapped a picture.

There are only 3 lines/hoses for the Power Steering, and 3 lines/hoses for the AT Cooler. Both systems are independent.
Have a look at the pics In the 2nd pic, the lines in color are the LR Part Numbers.
The "RND" part numbers are only for Rover's North and will not mean anything if you search them.

IDK WTF the " 3-way connection " is on your truck, post a pic if you can.

And remember if you are going to fill/top-off the PS FLUID it takes AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSSION FLUID! Yes, I know it's confusing.
