You said a 4.6 cam improves the low end. You've got to remember, my truck has the low compression 3.9, and any low end that I could gain would be more than welcome. My truck doesn't make sh*t for power until it's wound up a little bit.

1995 = distributor = wrong cam. Pretty sure your distributor is driven off your cam....
