Default 4 way flashers

WTF??? working on the stupid ac fans (in front of the radiator) and I found what appears to be the K109 relay was unpugged. Plugged it in and now the 4 way flashers are on all the time.Key on or off, they still are activated...Since it is hot and humid out, I disconnected the battery and will leave it sit until I get some ideas.

Disconnecting the relay that was disconnected didn't make any difference. Open to ideas???

***UPDATE^^****
Hopefully someone has an explanation for this... I went back out after the storms blew through tonight and reconnected the battery. lights started flashing agian.. I then turned on and off the ignition 3 times in rapid succession, and the flashing lights went out.
Not sure why or what set them off to begin with, but I guess I have some more digging to do in the wiring....

Could that flashing be something alarm related, some type of reset.

That's kind of what i thought. Alarm box and main computer have been replaced so maybe... Just don't want to have to drive it 50 miles like that so if I know what caused it or how to shut it off when it happens again....

If the alarm was tripped, wouldn't the horn sound?
