My 96 land rover discovery started doing this last night, when I open the doors the dome light will flash 6 times and then they will stop and remain off, I can turn them on individually but when I open the door it will only flash six times and then it will stop, any ideas ?????????????????????

 

I think this is a BCU problem, you will need to take it to a electrician or the dealer I think.
I have no idea how to fix it or what exactly is wrong.
But PLEASE let us know what you find out.

 

It's really not that important and i would like to avoid having to take it to the shop.
