Ok, if spark and fuel is getting to each cylinder there is no reason for it not to run other than no air.

I've seen engines that wouldn't start because the timing was too far out of whack as a result of timing gear/chain jumped. I know this to be common in old Pontiac engines and had it happen to me. Had spark and fuel but would not fire.

Just a thought...not sure what the failure mode is on the LR engines regarding timing chain jump/stretch.

That is a good point flyer.
Get ahold of a timing light and check the timing.
Does any one know what the timing is supposed to be?

When they towed it, was it flat bedded or towed with one end on the ground?

Maybe the alarm system has struck?

flat bed and i will get a timing light.i have to check the rave and see what it say

reset the factory alarm by the key trick also i got 1316 code maybe where they put in 89 oct so i am going put some lucas in it...
