I used to be in the chemical business long ago and we sold an enzyme based air freshner that was supposed to kill biotic things like mold etc. It's not sold in normal stores but if you call a local carpet cleaning company you can ask them if they'd sell you a quart of it. It wasn't terribly expensive back in the late 90's. They may refer to it as a quaternary cleaner.

The smell is very hospital-like but if you have any lingering odor this should finish it off.
