I replaced the black 12v relay (K102). The ABS light went off for a moment but came back on. Would you suggest me to change the other 2 (K101 & K103)as well???

I could be wrong but I don't think this is an electrical relay issue. More likely a valve in the ABS modulator. Kind of like the shuttle valve failure in the DII modulator.

 

two questions...
1. yeah, the light came back on but is it the same blink code?
2. What year is the truck (you should always put this info in your signature line so it is easier to help)

bonus 3. Paul knows these trucks as well as anyone (and definitely me), but I've not heard of a valve failure on a D1. Relays are relative inexpensive so it can't really hurt to remove them from the puzzle.

 

My bad... 1997. I've ordered some relays and already replaced 1. Seems like Paul seems to think it may be a valve rather than a relay. I have'nt checked the code since the 1st initial check. I just pulled the 30Amp fuse until I get the other 2 relays and replace.
