So I had to open my yap and jinx myself... So I gave the throttle body a good cleaning yesterday as well as lubing the linkages thinking I was golden but I'm still having issues with the accelerator pedal sticking. If I put the pedal to the floor it will only return about half way. JPSpen mentioned the possibility of a broken return spring but from what I can see the spring is in one piece although there is a bit of corrosion on it. Hit it with some PB Blaster hoping it would loosen something up but no go. Thoughts/suggestions?

 

Hey Chuck, old thread I know but going through this with my 95 Disco and wondered if you got to the bottom of this?
