Default Another high idle thread

High idle, runs up to 2K, drops back to 1500. Sniffed for vacuum leaks, none. Cleaned IACV pintle and bore, which were clean to begin with, high idle. Swapped in a known good MAF, high idle, put the original one back. Put in a $12 grand Cherokee IACV, high idle. Put in a rover IACV, a lot more than $12, high idle. Back to my original set up and you guessed it, high idle. TPS is where it has always been. Adaptive values? Not sure why they would need to be reset when nothing changed to cause the high idle. What am I missing here?

I've experienced something similar when I've accidentally allowed the battery to run down by leaving the lights on. Perhaps check the voltage from the battery.
