Look around for your pump, PT Schram I believe has them too. I've been pricing and I've seen anywhere between $150 - $500. Also you can buy just the actual sending unit/pump motor at a parts store and rebuild for about $70 or so. But don't quote me on that, do some searching in the threads on it.

Would the Crank Position sensor or fuel pump relay cause this to happen? No pressure at the rail.

I got my pump at Advance Auto for about $75 IIRC. It's for a Chevy Impala SS, I think the year was 1996. It's in the archives somewhere. If you go this route you do need to take the old motor out and replace it with the new one in the "frame" that lowers down into the tank.

Went to replace crank sensor and I cannot get the metal cover off. Also, the wires to the crank sensor are down to the bare metal. Looks like they melted. What should I do?

I got the cover off but ended up breaking the fiberglass. Need to get a spare one now. Truck still will not start. Has spark as I go the crap sparked out of me with the plug out, but still no fuel.
