I can't open the electrical troubleshooting in my manuel. I've replaced the switch, hot wired the fan, and changed the relay with one from my parts car. I am not getting power to the switch or fan but do have 12 volts to the relay. Perhaps my spare relay was bad? Is there a test for the relay?

Is the only fuse for the fan under the hood?

 

Got it. After reading posts on another website. I found there are at least 4 relays affecting the blower so I changed out the ones behind the kick panel one at a time and presto. Now to get my manual working
