brake light
or one of the wires going to either one of those components has a problem. they are both ground signal circuits meaning if one of the wires or the connector touches bare metal it will turn on the light.

Might be two different issues. There is a TSB on the oil pressure switch, because it would leak, and they can also cause the light to flash at idle. I never take the oil pressure light lightly though. I'd make sure there is pressure, or stop driving the car.
The brake light is probably fluid, if it comes on at a stop more often. As brake pads wear, the fluid level goes down (because the fluid is moving more into the calipers). When you press on the pedal to stop, the fluid is going to go down just a little bit more, as the rubber lines expand just slightly. If you are right on the edge of minimum fluid, the light will come on.
