Default Brake Warning Light "Check Brake Pads"

The Brake light came on, and the message "Check brake pads" appeared. I replaced my front pads, so now all the pads are new. Now the hard part...how do i turn off the light? do i need an ABS scanner? can i use some type of voodoo chant and turn the key to the 'on' position 5 times?

thanks,

chris

did you replace the sensors as well. if you did then turn the key on position one or two and leave it on for five minutes.
