Most non OEM parts work fine but for some reason the master cylinder has to be OEM.
You can make a non OEM one work with adjustment but I do not know how.

I did my master not long ago and got the one from Atlantic British haven't had an issue with it at all if anything need to bleed better maybe.

Was yours an exact fit?

His was not. Could be good info to know if you could supply more details please.
