Default busted rear diff..weak cross pin

I know the cross pins are weak but GEEEEZ..I'm on 31" tires and exploded it crossing a 6" log I wheeled it pretty hard on rock last week and it held up ok..maybe it was just a delayed break..at least I was able to get out of the woods in 2wd with the help of my friend pulling me in a few bad spots...oh well..time for a locker.

ARB would be my first choice but those aren't in my budget so I'll probably end up going with the cheapest locker/limited slip I can find used.
