Default A/C Clutch / Condenser Fan Fuse

I just picked up a 98 Discovery 1 and the AC works, but after being on for about an hour or so cumulative time, the 30A fuse for the AC compressor clutch / condenser fans keeps blowing. Has anyone else had this issue before? Are my condenser fans bad?

It turns out the issue had nothing to do with the air conditioning system itself. The A/C switch on the dash was malfunctioning and was somehow shorting out the entire system, causing the fuse to keep blowing...I simply replaced the switched on the dash and the AC worked fine after that.
