If your needing new calipers and rotors the D90 upgrade is the way to go as far as im consernd. There vented rotors and larger pads an calipers, its gonna cost a little more from the start but the brake improvement is 100X's better

Pads and rotors from O'Reilly or NAPA.
Rebuilt calipers from O'Reilly.
Calipers come with hardware kits.

D90 upgrades.. or O'reillys..

I'm not looking for some super expensive upgrades I just want a replacement that either meets the standards of a regular Rover or exceeds it without breaking the wallet. So O'reilly would be the way to go huh?

His calipers are used I'm sure, for $15. Depends on what your budget is.

The D90 upgrade is a good upgrade, but not real cheap. The calipers are different and more expensive, rotors are more expensive and pads are too.
You also have to modify the brake line between the flex line and caliper.

http://search.cartserver.com/search/...=STC8576&go=GO!

if your going with a kit then this is useless but in case anyone needs or wants it here are the springs you couldn't find. I also am now hooked on Rovahfarm.com, I ordered my parts for a lot less than anyone else and they came in the mail literally in less than 3 days after I ordered them (from Maine to AZ) and I paid less than $11 shipping! Anyways prices are good, selection is pretty good, and shipping is great as long as you aren't just getting one small cheap thing. As for brake kits they don't really have any but a great source for parts as well as odds and ends.

I just bought springs at the local ace hardware.

x2 on Trevor at Rovafarm. It's great that he will ship USPS priority flat rate. If you're getting something heavy it can really save you a lot of money.
I don't understand why all businesses won't do that.

Oreillys website doesn't have them. Checking out Rovahfarm now. I'll go to Oreilly's store tomorrow.

There is no way I would advocate you rebuilding calipers that are that old.

I bought the new ProLine rear calipers, rotors and pad kits from RoversNorth and have been very pleased with them. I don't think you can beat their prices on NEW hugh Quality Rover Parts. For the front, my calipers werre still good, so I got by with just the rotor and pad kit. They also have the kits that contain all the springs and the little items needed.

On the front, be careful with the rigid brake lines that connect to the caliper, they are easily broken, but RN has replacements for them as well.

If you go with used, you are just putting off a problem most of the time.

If you have the available funds, do with the D90 upgrades for optimum braking.
