For the HVLP guns I've seen, that compressor is more than enough. They typically only take about 4.5cfm at 40psi. That compressor can do 5cfm at 100psi.

 

My gun is not hvlp, just gravity feed real cheapo, it is supposed to run 40 psi but I lent it out once and guy screwed with all the setting and I never got it right again so just run higher psi , think that tank will do it, better if you can borrow another to hook together for more capacity, done this before it works

There is not a lot to paint, just a ton to mask can easily take 1-2 hours to mask well, that's for primary color not including masking other stuff for second color

If you use the same paint, I broke down the ratio to pints

1 pint paint + 2 oz reducer + 1 oz hardner iirc, the setup is to mix entire gallon but shelf life is 8 hours so ...
