I have a '95 also, so if I remove my CATS (they are going soon anyways because they are rattling) will my Check Engine Light come on? No emissions here and I plan on going to school here for the next 4 years.

 

Nope, no check engine light for you.
And you can sell your cats to the local metal scrap yard, about $50 each.

 

Roger I checked all the connections and plugs and they are in all the way. The window motors have power but only roll the window down and continues to attempt to roll them down even when there all the way down. When I press the up button it just stops the motor. Not sure if it is a short or relay and don't know where to check for those either.

 

Is there any performance gained from cutting my CATS? Or MPG gains?

 

Ok, now we are getting somewhere, I think your regulators as out of whack, remove the door panel and watch what is going on.
Maybe you can make adjustments?
