Cant get washer bottle out

Default Cant get washer bottle out
Anyone know a trick to get those bottom two bolts out. They are just spinning and spinning and cant work out how to access the philips screw aide... any tips.

The nuts are held captive in the plastic base of the reservoir. Yours have broken free from the plastic base and are turning. Carefully grind them off.
