CATS soon?
I have one now too. You check your ecu for water damage? I will let you know the outcome of mine tomorrow or Tuesday
Cleaned ECU and now only seems to be missing on 8 - going to check to see if plug is fouled, and then trouble shoot wire, coil, injector. My o2's were reading when connected to T4 software - although my cats need to be replaced.
My truck is running like a champ but still smoking at high RPM. waiting to see what fluid I start losing before I tear into it..

What did you do, take it out and open it up? That might be one of my next steps.

I would ONLY do this if your ECU shows signs that it has had water in it. This is not a fail safe way to fix it more of a last ditch effort. Just like you would any water damaged circuit board. - Open it up, scrub it with a clean tooth brush - PT recommends using dish washing detergent then clean it off once more with alcohol or alcohol based electrical cleaner let it all dry put it back together and see where that takes you.
good luck
Here's the pics of when I pulled my ECU for reference.
Will do the guy who shipped it accidentally shipped it to another guy in our club.. Hope to have it by next week - heres the info http://www.powerchipgroup.com/datasheets/2/Lan0020.pdf
