As you already had one you may know this, but be sure to give a good inspection underneath and on the body frame for rust.

Im up in MN too and out of the 4 or 5 90's era rovers I looked at (including the one I bought), all had rust there of varying degrees.

That is correct, and fortunately, all of mine have had enough oil on the undercarriage to prevent a lot of it!
