Update!
I got the U Joints greased and that did not help

I have been looking for the slip joint but not really able to find it, I found a grease fitting on the transmission end of the drive shaft.
I greased that tonight but the clicking remains...

It seems like I am missing some grease fittings on the drive shaft.

You're missing them as in not seeing them.. or they are not there?? Some degreaser and a grease zerk extractor/repair tool would be in order..

I dont think your clicking is the drive shafts.. How fast is the clicking noise? Remember the drive shaft is rotating a **** load faster than your wheels...

Another thing you can do is jack up the front axle and put it on jack stands. Have somebody push the gas while you try to get a better idea of the location. BE SAFE! Obviously I still wouldnt recommend standing in front of the truck and chock the rear wheels.
