No, I have been waiting to find a company to bend the tubes.

Snorkel. Flat black or unpainted but (flat) clear coated aluminum. Maybe even brushed/hand brushed. People are painting their rims a lot so maybe it's just primed and the client can use the rustoleum or plastidip on it. Maybe you can remove upper part for discretion until you have to cross a Great Lake. I'd like to be able to drive thru water up to the hood. Seems like that may be a fantasy...so maybe no snorkel for me.

I don't get that rotating thing. I read the thread. Maybe I should re-read it.

Thingspeople might have an interest in: new grill (aluminum and/or/plastic...probably will make it myself) and possibly new center console. Hatch door, inside panel.

I would love an aluminum grill that didn't involve hinged gutter guard....

I would definitely pay for a direct replacement grill haha

also, please consider corrosion at welds and with hardware. i'm sure as you know, certain metals react to one another as well. I've been using silicon washers and good (304/304L?) ss hardware. it's amazing how fast things corrode here on even quality products. usually with the bits, attachments, etc. if it corrodes here it will corrode there....only later.

also:

i just saw that river raider bell design. i like everything except the bell design. i like that it's short, it comes out the top. i don't think i like all the reconfiguring work. i don't think that'll do it (cross the river) without other mods.

i don't get that hinge gutter guard heads up. obviously i have to remove my grill so i guess ill find out soon enough.
