Default Concerning R380 Transmissions

I wanted to get some feedback on what type of lubricant others are putting in their R380's and how those fluids are working. I myself have been using ATF and it seems to be working fine. Also, if any one would like to comment or share his or her experience on accessing the breather valve (easiest method) that would be great too.

i switched to redline MTL about 8 months ago and havent had any issues. it shifts fine after sitting overnight in single digit (F) temps, and shifts just as well after running for hours in high heat.

Redline MTL.
Rover released a TSB in 2000 to discontinue using ATF and use MTF.
