Hello again,
Just wanted to wrap up this thread. Replaced the coolant expansion tank was the solution the prevented my overheating. Must have been a small crack somewhere in the tank.

Thank you All that responded.

I replaced my original radiator with a plastic one in the late Summer 2018. It seemed like a success until a few weeks ago I was finding some coolant puddles under the truck.
Visually I can see the a screw on the bottom of the radiator where the leak may be. I will try to patch it with some JB plastic weld till I can get it properly done. Tough when you have no garage and the outside temp is 17f / -8c

OMG, you can't win with this thing or the freezing cold weather!
Refresh my memory, did you get the Nissens 64029?
If so there are 4 small bolts that hold the lower mount bracket to the 2 tanks (see pic) and no drain bolt.
If the bolts were loose or the radiator mount bushings are old or missing then the threaded holes/inserts in the tank could have become stressed and cracked. Which is total B$.
Also check that the leak is not coming down from the seal on the lower rad hose nipple. It's held on with 2 bolts and there is a seal/oring.

The JB weld can repair the cracked threaded holes, but WTF this should not have happened. If you can afford to have the truck down I would look into returning this pig under warranty. However you choose to fix this remember to get 2 new Rad mount bushings part # 572312.
You would be surprised how much those little isolators are needed on a plastic or metal tank radiator.

As always thanks OverRover for chiming in. Sure enough my leak appears to be coming from the placement of one of the red arrows. I will take a closer look and see if there is any action up higher. I really do want to get rid of this pig but I cannot be without the truck during this time.
Good tip on the radiator isolators, I'm on it.

Thanks again

A few days after post I was between a rock and a hard place and took my chance with a bottle of K-Seal. It solved my issue and two years later the radiator is still good to go. If you go that route be sure to follow the instructions.

I had a slight weeping at the blue arrow (outlet flange), but was able to fix it by tightening both bolts slightly (while holding my breath and crossing my fingers).
