Cruise Control vacuum line routing......

brake switch
I assume you have an auto transmission...
It is in RAVE just hard to find I guess. That line goes through the bulkhead to a switch located near the top of your brake pedal arm. When the brake is depressed it opens the air line, removing the vacuum from the lines and causes the Cruise Control to let go of the Throttle. If you are limber just crawl into your footwell (on your back) and look up. You will be able to see where it passes through the firewall and then to the switch.

Oh, a little guy... 6'8" 270 lbs Which by the way strikes me as funny because of all the guys switching seat rails around and the like to gain legroom. I have a 36" inseam and no issues with legroom in a Disco. Btw, when you go to check the cc brake switch, you're gonna wish for another elbow about half-way up your forearm (speaking from experience).
