I got my material at pep boys. It is the expanded aluminum stuff that the ricer tuner guys use for their grills and stuff...

I will tell you that the 2 part plastic epoxy that is kinda yellowish sticks the best. It stinks really bad, but I have found that the worse it stinks, the better it sticks!!

any recomondation on what to cut the plastic grill with?

I used a 4" angle grinder. I laid out the line on a piece of masking tape and used a thin blade. It gave a nice cut.

That's definitely going on the list to things to do. I just need to get a dremel and a cut off tool. I'm not doing all that with a hacksaw, lol!

yea you may get buy with just a dremel but the 4" grinder blade "tracks" a lot better helping you make a straiter cut, which is probably the hardest part of this project.
