Yoshi - How did those CV's work out that I sent you? You all good and back on the road now?

Makes sure you replace the wheel bearings and seal, in all 4 wheels, at the same time if they are showing age, other wise clean and repack them.

Hi Jake - the CVs looked fine and seem to work okay. Although when taking apart I found that the needle bearing on one of the wheels was broke apart and missing pins and the ones still there were almost square (the random pieces of metal in there is likely what killed the CV in the first place I thnk) .... So i had to order that and wait...

Then when reassemblying with that all seemed to get back on okay but then we noticed one of the brake pistons was leaking and now are awaiting replacement parts for this ....

But yeah - the old CV was sticking and very hard to move vs new ones were nice so I think it will have fixed the problem. Will keep you posted.

Sounds like my truck.. Once every 6 months or so I dig in to make sure everything is good otherwise when one thing goes you're fixing a whole bunch of stuff. Best of luck in finishing it all up!
