Cylinder head bolt replace
Ok so this weekend I'm gonna put everything back(HG replace). My question is how many lb of torque do I use. I've read quarter turn this and that. I have the rave book it gives me degrees
I only understand what I can't read on the wrench. Help me out .
Also why doesn't my rad have a drain at the bottom of it
. Once I'm done with it I'd still like to give it a flush(heater core and other parts didn't get a good clean)
I'll make a thread with pics once I'm done.

You can't understand the simple directions in the Rave????
Not difficult, 15 pounds per the proper sequence and then a 90 degree and another 90 degree.
You are using new bolts, Right?

They are stretch bolts hence the degrees amount for the tightening.
torque them down to 20nm (15ft/lbs) then 90 and a further 90 deg. mark the bolts with grease pencil or sharpie. i draw a vertical line on them personally. Easy to see which you have done and if you have turned them far enough. Make sure you follow the sequence in the rave or you can warp the head.
