Alright, there doesn't seem to be a definitive post on the procedure for flushing the power steering fluid in a D1. Some people have said just open the bleed screw on the box, turn the truck on, and turn the wheels back and forth to draw down the reservoir, then top up with new fluid until you see clean fluid out of the bleed screw. I've seen some other folks say this won't work. Is there a write-up somewhere that I'm missing for a PS flush on a D1? Is it just identical to the procedure for a D2 (substituting ATF for PS fluid of course)?
